Legal Assistant
A true veteran of the industry and the anchor of our team, Marilou offers more than 25 years of experience in the legal arena.
Born in the Philippines and raised in Hawaii, she graduated from the Legal Secretary Program at Southland Business College in Los Angeles. Shortly thereafter, she began a decade-long career as a legal secretary with a general law firm where she worked on civil, probate, corporate, immigration and bankruptcy cases.
Marilou is fluent in English, Tagalog and Ilocano, and remains active in the Filipino and Hawaiian communities to this day. In her spare time, Marilou enjoys tending to her amazing garden of orchids, cactus plants and tropical fruit trees, as well as spending quality time with her family, friends and pets.
