Associate Attorney
Arelis’s passion and commitment to advocating for her clients during one of the most difficult times in their lives make her an invaluable member of our team. Arelis brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team, having practiced family law for many years.
Prior to joining Patricia Hendrickson & Associates, Arelis worked as a senior associate attorney for a large family law firm in Orange County, and has experience as a paralegal and law clerk as well. Arelis holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School, and did her undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Arelis was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, and maintains strong ties with her family and culture. She frequently visits Trinidad, and wants her children to carry on its various traditions and heritage. Arelis loves the outdoors; when she’s not enjoying the sunny, warm climates of the Caribbean or Southern California, you’ll find Arelis hitting the slopes either skiing or snowboarding.
